For 10 to 14 Year Olds:

  • introduction to the basic fundamental movements.

  • introduction to barbell movements and strength training.

  • workouts are designed to mimic a traditional crossfit class.

  • emphasis placed on developing proper movement patterns and technique.

  • classes are open to all.

  • classes are paid for either per class or in blocks of 5 or 10 classes.


Classes are offered:

Tuesday @ 10:30-11:30am
thursday @ 10:30-11:30am
sunday @ 11:00am
