For 10 to 14 Year Olds:
introduction to the basic fundamental movements.
introduction to barbell movements and strength training.
workouts are designed to mimic a traditional crossfit class.
emphasis placed on developing proper movement patterns and technique.
classes are open to all.
classes are paid for either per class or in blocks of 5 or 10 classes.
