this is an 11 week camp that will review, introduce, and train the key aspects of our crossfit program.

THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS to develop and increase a broad base of athleticism.

the program will incorporate strength training, sleds, interval work, olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, as well as various strongman elements.

The program is appropriate for both experienced athletes looking for an edge as well as newer athletes looking to improve their abilities.
