All Personal Training clients are lead through a introductory goal setting session and assessment prior to receiving any training. This will be the foundation that gets built upon in order to develop a program specific to each client's needs.

Is there a specific movement that you would like to work on but never quite seem to find the time?
Would you like to have a Coach spend some time working with you directly on a particular lift to help identify areas that could be improved or tweaked?
Skill sessions are a great way to get a bit more individualized attention. Whatever you want to work on - kipping, double-unders, handstands, snatching, etc... you name the movement and the Coach will take care of the rest.

Focused on developing a specific skill
Our HYBRID program is a blended membership option that incorporates Personal Training & Skill Sessions as a compliment to our Monthly Membership packages. It is perfect for new members trying to fast track the learning process as well as seasoned veterans looking to hone their skills.
getting started / fundamentals
All new members are required to complete our introductory Fundamentals program. Our Fundamentals are 1-on-1 sessions with a certified Coach to review the key movements and concepts behind what we do. The number of sessions required varies per person and is determined after the initial consultation and trial class.
The goal of the Fundamentals is educate and prepare new athletes for group classes. We take pride in making sure our members are moving both safely and properly before graduating to group classes.
Athletes with previous experience have the option of complete our M.C.T. (Movement Competency Test) with one of our Coaches in order to demonstrate the adequate competency necessary to join the group classes.
