The first step is always the hardest...we understand that starting something new is always difficult and we look to make that process as easy and welcoming as possible.

At CrossFit Strongtown we encourage everyone to try out a class so they can experience what makes our gym so unique. We believe in our coaching, programming, and community. It is because of this belief that we have allowed everyone to try out their first class for free since we were founded in 2011.

This is a no obligation...no strings attached...genuinely free trial class. You will be guided through one of our typical classes and given an overview of what to expect. The Coach will introduce the concept of scaling and will modify the workout to suit your individual abilities. We truly that our believe that under the proper guidance, our program is something that anyone can do.
