With the Thanksgiving Holiday rapidly approaching we have a few announcements regarding our Holiday Schedule. First item up is the workout...staying true to tradition we will be kicking off our Turkey Day with "The Chief". Since it is a Holiday we will be running a modified schedule for the day with an 8:00am & 9:30am Class. If anyone is participating in Southbury's annual Turkey Trot and ends up running a little late for the 9:30 class I promise Mikey will not make you do burpees.
The Friday after Thanksgiving we will not be running any classes and will be Open from 9:00am to 12:00pm for Open Gym Hours.
