Or simply recover faster? In this clinic, you will learn techniques to create better range of motion, enhance strength in all shoulder position-from over head squat, pull up, ring dips to a powerful hand stand. These mobility techniques will help address stiff muscles, soft tissue and joint mobility restrictions. You will be equipped with the tools to erase pain, increase position movement mechanics and prevent shoulder injuries. 

Well you're in luck...I'm happy to announce that on May 27th we will be hosting Thu Maria of Maximum Mobility CT for a 'Shoulder Strong: Mobility + Recovery Clinic'. This will be a 2 hour seminar focused specifically on mobilizing, strengthening, and understanding our shoulders. Since this is a speciality seminar there is a small fee to register.
