Death by Thruster & Toes to Bar
With a continuously running clock perform:
- 1 Thruster + 1 Toes to Bar in the first minute
- 2 Thrusters + 2 Toes to Bar in the second minute
- 3 Thrusters + 3 Toes to Bar in the third minute
- Continue until reps can no longer be completed within the minute.
- Score = Total Reps
