One last reminder that this Monday we are running a modified schedule. All morning classes are on their usual schedule and the 4:00pm, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm classes are cancelled.

Air Force WOD (20 Minute Cap)

  • 20 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
  • 20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65 lbs)
  • 20 Push Jerks (95/65 lbs)
  • 20 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
  • 20 Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
    • At the start of the workout, and the top of each minute....perform 4 burpees
