  • Round 1-3: 3 Clean & Jerks @ 50-60%
  • Round 4-6: 2 Clean & Jerks @ 70-80%
  • Round 7-10: 1 Clean & Jerk @ 90-100%

  • 600m Run
  • 15 Clean & Jerks
    • Rx1 = 70% of 1RM from EMOM
    • Rx2 = 80% of 1RM from EMOM
    • Rx3 = 90% of 1RM from EMOM
