We have a couple of quick reminders going into the Holiday weekend.
This Friday at 7:00pm we are doing another movie night. In the theme of preparing for Murph we're going to be viewing 'Lone Survivor'. Thanks to Donnie / DNR the TV has been upgraded and is back up and running.
Saturday morning at 8:00am is our next 'Showdown' Saturday. The workouts have been posted online here: Mayday Workouts. We are going back to team / partner format for this month's event. If you do not have a partner don't worry, we'll be able to find you one the morning of.
This year's Memorial Day Murph is going to be a 2 day event. We will be running waves Sunday at 8:00am & 10:00am, as well as Monday at 9:00am.
